






Our client was a family owned restaurant chain with three branches in a mid sized city. While their food and service were top notch, their digital presence was almost nonexistent. Their website barely showed up on Google, their social media had low engagement, and they weren’t running any advertising campaigns. Despite strong word of mouth locally, they were losing potential customers searching online for “best restaurants near me.”

Website had poor on page SEO (missing meta tags, duplicate content, no mobile optimization). Zero local SEO optimization (not appearing in Google Maps or local pack). Competitors were running paid ads, dominating visibility. Client was relying solely on walkins and repeat customers with no new traffic sources.
Our Solution
We developed a two part growth strategy combining local SEO optimization with high performing paid campaigns to drive both visibility and conversions.
SEO Strategy: We began with a comprehensive SEO audit and in depth keyword research to identify high value local opportunities. Technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data were fixed to improve performance and rankings. Meta titles, descriptions, and on page content were optimized with local search intent for example, phrases like “best Italian food in city” to capture nearby diners searching for relevant options. Additionally, we set up and optimized Google Business Profiles for all three restaurant branches, ensuring accurate information, menus, and high quality visuals. To strengthen authority, we also built local citations and backlinks from reputable food blogs and directories.
Paid Campaigns: On the advertising side, we launched a targeted Google Ads campaign focusing on high intent keywords such as “family restaurants near me,” “Italian food delivery city,” and “best pizza city.” Complementing this, we created engaging Facebook and Instagram ads promoting seasonal dishes and special offers, using precise geo targeting within a 10 mile radius of each branch. Finally, conversion tracking was implemented to accurately measure clicks, calls, and table reservations, providing clear insights into campaign performance.



The Results
The growth strategy delivered outstanding results within just a few months. Website traffic increased by 140%, driven by stronger SEO performance and improved local visibility. The client’s website moved from page 5 to page 1 on Google for high value keywords such as “best family restaurant in city” and other local search terms.
